I usually don’t talk about stuff like this on my show, but I really want to thank everyone who’s supporting me. And if you don’t know me very well, if you’re just watching maybe for the first time, or you’re just getting to know me, I wanna be clear and here are the values that I stand for: I stand for honesty, equality, kindness, compassion, treating people the way you want to be treated, and helping those in need. To me, those are traditional values. That’s what I stand for. (x)

I’m so tired of seeing those stupid images on my dash going:
“Do you want collar bones, or sweets?”
or
“Do you want pizza or that flat stomach?”
“Hip bones or ice cream?”
Honestly, girls, guys, it is called moderation and understanding your macronutrients. I CAN have a beer and be fine. I CAN have a snickers bar and still wake up with my apparent collar bones. Just understand your body.
Don’t mistreat it. Don’t deny it’s cravings every once in awhile. Don’t be afraid to treat yourself for being so good. Don’t starve yourself.
Certainly don’t go overboard! But everything in moderation and learn about IIFYMs.
Just learn about your body and treat it right because you only have one.
